The Zeitschrift für Recht & Islam / Journal of Law & Islam (ZRI) (formerly GAIR-Mitteilungen) is the journal of the GAIR. In addition to news from the association, ZRI primarily focuses on new developments in the law of Islamic-influenced states, provides an overview of legislation both domestically and internationally, reports on current case law and fatwas, reviews recently published literature, and includes conference reports, and other articles. All issues of the ZRI are permanently stored on the publication server of the Leipzig University Library and are also available for free download.
